What is PEPPOL?

PEPPOL is the Pan-European Public Procurement OnLine network. It enables businesses and governments to exchange electronic documents (invoices, orders) in a standardized format across borders.

What is Test Mode?

Test Mode lets you explore the entire PepHub app and send unlimited invoices through our sandbox environment. These invoices don't reach the real PEPPOL network, so you can test your setup risk-free before subscribing.

Do I need a PEPPOL ID to use PepHub?

PepHub automatically derives your PEPPOL ID from your Belgian enterprise number or EU VAT number. No separate PEPPOL registration is needed.

What HubSpot plans does PepHub work with?

PepHub works with any HubSpot plan that includes Commerce Hub invoices. This includes Sales Hub Starter and above.

What setup is required?

After creating your PepHub account, connect your HubSpot portal via OAuth and register a sender company with your VAT or enterprise number. PepHub auto-creates the required HubSpot properties and handles the rest.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Is my data secure?

Yes. HubSpot OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We never store your HubSpot password. All API communication uses HTTPS.
